Rebolab s.r.l. based in Rome, Via Premuda 3, VAT number 13781061000, owner of the site www.regalibombonierelab.com, hereinafter referred to as the Company, deals with the online sale of gift items, favors, holiday items, religious items, souvenirs. The following conditions of sale exclusively regulate the online sales relationship on the website.
The selling prices of the products are expressed in Euros and include VAT.
The Company reserves the right to change prices at any time, however the goods will be invoiced on the basis of the prices indicated in the order placed by the Customer.
By submitting the order form you will receive an automatic e-mail confirming the order placed. This e-mail has the sole purpose of notifying the receipt of the order.
The company reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to accept the order. Acceptance is considered tacit, unless otherwise communicated to the Customer in any way. If the order or part of it is not accepted, the Company will return the sum of the order within 5 days of cancellation.
Since access and the possibility of placing orders "online" modify the availability of the product in real time, the Company does not guarantee the certainty of assignment of the ordered goods, until the order itself is finalized.
Any right of the Customer to compensation for damages or compensation is excluded, as well as any contractual or extra-contractual liability for direct or indirect damages to persons and / or things, caused by the non-acceptance, even partial, of an order.
By placing an order in the various ways provided, the Customer declares to have read all the information provided during the purchase procedure and to fully accept the general and payment conditions transcribed below.
The Customer declares that he has not entered false or fictional data in the order form, and therefore declares that the data entered correspond to his real personal data. The Company reserves the right to pursue any violation and abuse in the appropriate offices.
If the Customer is a consumer, once the registration or purchase procedure has been completed, he will print or save an electronic copy and in any case keep these general conditions of sale, in compliance with the provisions of art. 3 and 4 of Legislative Decree 185/1999 on distance selling.
SHIPPING AND TRANSPORT:
- Deliveries: orders with available goods will be shipped within 3-5 days from receipt of payment, by express courier.
On the day of shipment, an e-mail will be sent to the Customer with the code for tracking the shipment (if the courier provides for this service);
- Shipping costs in Italy: contribution of € 8,50.
For orders over € 70 transport is free;

Any expenses for customs clearance and customs duties for "EXTRA EU" exports will be fully charged to the Consumer.
Orders that foresee a shipment abroad will be registered as "suspended" and payment can be made only after the site administrator has "unblocked" it, entering the relative shipping costs.
Once the order is unlocked, the customer will receive an e-mail notification and can make the payment by accessing his Reserved Area on the site.

Payment by credit cards is subject to the following conditions:
- - the holder of the order must be the holder of the credit card;
- - the products will be shipped to the address indicated by the order holder.

To speed up the order preparation time, it is advisable to send us the accounting issued by the bank by e-mail. The order will be processed, however, only after the actual crediting of the sum.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The Company recognizes the purchaser the right of withdrawal provided for by Legislative Decree 21/2014 which transposes the EU Directive 83/2011.
Pursuant to the aforementioned legislation, the Customer has the right, without indicating the reasons, to withdraw from the purchase
within 14 days from the day of receipt of the goods.
To exercise this right, the same must send to Ditta a simple communication in which this will is manifested.
The communication can be sent in two different ways:
The law applies to goods purchased in their entirety; it is not possible to exercise the withdrawal only on a part of the product.
The goods must be returned intact, in their original packaging, packaged with the same materials and methods as when they were received in order to guarantee their return in excellent condition.
The shipping costs for the return are charged to the customer.
After receiving the goods and verifying the state of conservation, the Company will refund the Customer the amount of the order within 14 days.
The refund of the amount will be made through the same channel used by the customer for the initial transaction (Paypal or bank transfer), unless the same, in the letter of withdrawal, has not requested otherwise.
JURISDICTION
For any dispute that may arise regarding this contract, if the Customer is a private consumer, the court of reference of his Municipality of residence or domicile is competent, if located in the territory of the Italian State; if the customer is a legal person, the territorial jurisdiction is exclusively that of the Court of Rome.
ALTERNATIVE DISPUTE RESOLUTION
